Three sessions across one quarter. A custom dashboard built around your business. The full AI workflow that took me from $5K to $15K months. This is 1:1 coaching, not a course.
// $1,250 · one quarter · application required
This is for you if:
You're already making $2–10K/month from UGC and want to break $10K+ consistently.
You have brand deals coming in but can't predict next month's income.
You've maxed out what hustle alone can do — you need systems, not motivation.
You're ready to actually implement, not just consume more content about it.
This isn't for you if:
You haven't landed your first paid brand deal yet. Start with the Booked Out Kit.
You're looking for done-for-you services. This is strategy and systems — not execution.
You want a one-off coaching call. This is a full quarter of focused work together.
// 01
A shared step-by-step plan built around your specific business. We map your current pipeline, your gaps, and your 90-day path together. Updated each session — not a static doc you forget about. You leave with a live document that keeps working after the quarter ends.
// 02
The exact AI workflow, agents, and CRM stack I use to run my UGC business at $10–15K months. I walk you through every tool, every prompt, every automation — so you can build your own version, adapted to your niche and client mix. Not a PDF. A walkthrough.
// 03
Not one-and-done. Three 90-minute sessions across the quarter — strategy deep-dive at session one, mid-quarter adjustment at session two, results review and next-quarter plan at session three. Each session is built around what's actually happening in your business, not a fixed curriculum.
// 04
14 days of async messaging after each call. Hit a wall on a pitch? A brand just sent a contract you're not sure about? Need a gut-check on your rate before you send? Send it. I respond within one business day. The work doesn't stop when the call ends.
// 05
Whatever templates, scripts, or AI prompts we build together during our sessions — saved into your shared dashboard permanently. Not just available for the duration of the program. Yours to keep and build on after the quarter closes.
The deliverables are the "what." This is the point of all of it — the four things that should be true about your business when the quarter closes.
You'll know what's closing, what's pending, and what next month looks like — instead of running your business from memory and hoping.
You'll quote with confidence and stop discounting out of fear — because you'll have the data and the script to back the number up.
The AI stack and systems we build will handle the repetitive busywork — so your hours go to the work that actually pays.
Not a one-time spike you can't explain — a model you understand well enough to run again, every quarter, on your own.
I walked into influencer marketing the way a lot of creators do: hyped on possibility, drowning in deliverables, and barely clearing my bills. I was executing campaigns for brands that looked wildly "successful" from the outside, but my own bank account told a different story. There was one week where I was juggling multiple launches, answering Slack pings at midnight, and still refreshing my banking app wondering how I was going to cover rent in San Antonio. That was the moment it stopped being cute. I wasn't building a business. I was just surviving someone else's.
On a random Friday, I closed my laptop between two client calls, stared at my calendar, and realized I had built a career where my entire income depended on whether a brand manager liked me that month. No pricing power. No pipeline. No real plan. I quit anyway. I decided UGC was the play, but at first I did exactly what you've probably done: filmed spec work, watched a hundred "how to start UGC" videos, obsessed over portfolios and aesthetics, and still had no repeatable way to bring in deals. My "system" was vibes, a Notes app, and a color-coded Google Sheet I never opened.
Things only shifted when I stopped asking, "How do I make better content?" and started asking, "How do I run this like an operator?" I built my business the way I used to build campaigns for brands: one system at a time. First it was a basic CRM instead of messy DMs. Then a rate calculator that gave me a floor so I stopped panic-discounting. Then a pitch framework I could personalize in under five minutes, plus a follow-up cadence that lived in an actual tracker, not my memory. Layer by layer, I moved everything into a live command-center workflow: pricing rules, pipeline stages, proposals, contract redline checks, and a daily dashboard that showed me exactly where the next 30 days of revenue were coming from.
Once the systems were built, the numbers followed. In my first full quarter running UGC this way, I crossed $30,000 in brand deals — roughly $10K a month — not from going viral, but from knowing my rates, running a real pipeline, and treating every brand touchpoint like it lived inside a business, not on my phone. From there, scaling to $10–15K months became math, not manifestation. That's what Maya Creative Co is: the operator-brand I wish I had on that Friday I quit, built for UGC creators who are done waiting for "luck" and ready to run the backend like the brands they create for.
The Strategy Intensive is where I hand that backend to you — not theory, not a course, but the actual workflow. Every system, every tool, every script that's moved a deal forward, built around your business and not copied from mine.
The Intensive is where I share all of it.
Week_0
Application reviewed
I review every application within 48 hours and respond with a yes, a no, or a "not quite yet" with context. Everyone gets a real answer.
Week_1a
Pre-session questionnaire + onboarding
Before we meet, you fill out a detailed questionnaire. Your current rates, pipeline, biggest deal, last three months of revenue, where you feel stuck. I review it before session one so we're not spending the first 20 minutes catching up.
Week_1b
Session 1 — Strategy deep-dive
90 minutes. We audit your business, map your 90-day path, and start building your custom dashboard. Full AI workflow walkthrough begins. You leave with a clear plan and immediate actions.
Weeks_2–5
Implementation phase
You implement. Async support is active for the 14 days following session one — questions, contract reviews, rate gut-checks, pitch feedback. Real-world application of what we built together.
Week_6
Session 2 — Mid-quarter adjustment
90 minutes. What's working, what isn't, what to adjust. We update your dashboard with real data from the past 5 weeks. Course-correct before the quarter is half gone.
Weeks_7–11
Implementation continues
Async support active for 14 days after session two. You're in execution mode — the systems are live, the pipeline is moving.
Week_12
Session 3 — Results review + next-quarter plan
90 minutes. We review results against the plan, document what we built, and map next steps — whether that's a second quarter together, moving to async-only advisory, or graduating to running it solo.
Three 90-minute sessions, your custom dashboard, the full AI playbook walkthrough, six weeks of async support, and every resource we build together — yours to keep.
// what_you_get
3 × 90-minute 1:1 sessions across the quarter
Custom dashboard built around your specific business
Full AI workflow + $15K playbook walkthrough
6 weeks of async support (14 days after each of the first two sessions)
Custom resource library — every template, script, and prompt we build together
A 1:1 strategist at this caliber bills $300–500/hour. A typical 90-day group coaching program runs $2,000–5,000. You're getting fully individualized work for less than either — because I'm building this carefully and only working with creators who are actually ready to implement.
Installment option: split into two payments of $625, at the start of months 1 and 2. Mention it in your application.
